Janvi is a young mother who makes a livelihood cooking in households.With this meager income she hopes to put her daughter in a good school and pay for her day to day needs.Luxuries like a glass of cold water is way beyond her thought process and belief.We thought she needs to get her belief back.Under the project एक मुट्ठी आसमान we at Hope and Care Foundation decided to make a small change in her and the lives of people like her.We distributed community refrigerators for families of weaker sections of the society.Each refrigerator will be used by a minimum of five families who will now have access to cold water and will be able to keep their food items safe.We hope going forward this will help create an awareness for community living and at the same time provide basics to more and more households!!
